Ginger-Green Onion Sauce

1 1/4 cups green onions, chopped

1/4 cup ginger, chopped

2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil

1 tsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar

salt to taste

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Taste and check for salt.

 

Our comments:  This sauce will enhance the flavor of just about anything.  Serve it over noodles and you have a meal.  We like it with Moist China Chicken.
