Horseradish Sauce

3 Tbsp. horseradish

3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar

2 tsp. whole-grain mustard

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 1/4 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. onion, minced

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.  Refrigerate several hours before serving.

 

Our comments:  We like this with beef or fish.
