Mayonnaise

1 egg

2 tsp. onion, chopped fine

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. paprika

1 cup corn oil

Combine the egg, onion, lemon juice, mustard and paprika in a blender.  Blend for 10 seconds.  With the blender running continuously, slowly pour in the oil.  Just as the last of the oil is poured into the blender, the mayonnaise should be ready.  Turn off the blender and serve.

 

Our comments:  I didn't think there was any way to improve a smoked turkey sandwich slathered with Hellman's Mayonnaise until I slathered one with this.
