Shimp Maison
Garden Ranch
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. pepper
Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and process until thoroughly mixed. Serve over butter lettuce with cherry tomatoes and a little chopped onion.
Our comments: This is a pretty good ranch dressing.
