Remoulade Sauce

3 green onions, minced

2 ribs celery, minced

1/2 cup parsley, minced

3 Tbsp. dill pickle, minced

2/3 cup Creole mustard

2 Tbsp. horseradish

3 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. sugar

1 3/4 cups vegetable oil

Combine the ingredients except the vegetable oil in a food processor.  Turn on the processor and start slowly adding the oil.  Continue running the processor for about 30 seconds after you have added all of the oil.

 

Our comments:  It really is not that important to mince everything since the food processor will do it anyway.  This is great on shrimp and seafood.  Try it over tomatoes or avocados.
