Chimichurri Flank Steak

1 flank steak

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2/3 cup olive oil

2 tsp. dijon mustard

Seasoning Bowl

2 tsp. solt

2 tsp. pepper

2 tsp. ground oregano

2 tsp. ground rosemary

Fresh Bowl

2 cloves garlic

1 shallot

4 sweet baby bell peppers

2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley

Set up the Seasonings Bowl and Fresh Bowl.  Combine all the ingredients (except the steak) in a food processor and process until thoroughly mixed.

Season and grill the flank steak over charcoal.  Serve the chimichurri with the sliced steak.

 

Our comments:  One good way to make a grilled steak even better.
